2024 Summer Camps are Open!

--All Seahawk Beach Camps are commuter... great excuse for that Wilmington vacation --

Beginners Beach Volleyball Camp (ages 8-14) (girls and boys)
June 17-20, 2024  9am-noon  $215 (includes UNCW tank top)

​

Boys and girls, with or without any volleyball experience, this one is for you. Have fun playing games and accidentally learning great fundamentals of beach volleyball. Work with current UNCW student-athletes and coaches in a supportive environment. This camp goes mornings only from Monday - Thursday, and we'll have courts for players of all abilities. If you already know they want another week, go ahead and sign them also up for the next week, information below.  This is a 4-day commuter-only camp, 9am - noon. All Camps are at Capt'n Bill's in Wilmington, NC

Middle School Beach Volleyball Training Camp (girls and boys)

June 24-27, 2024  9am-noon  $245 (includes UNCW tank top)

Middle school is a great time to learn all the basics of multiple sports, and beach teaches all the fundamental skills of volleyball, from serving to attacking. It's also a great way to learn what team sports, working hard, and taking care of oneself are all about. This camp goes mornings from Monday - Thursday, and we'll have courts for players of all abilities, even true beginners and tournament winners with their sites set on playing in college. The more campers we get, the more UNCW NCAA Beach Volleyballers get to work with your kids!  This is a 4-day commuter-only camp, 9am - noon. All Camps are at Capt'n Bill's in Wilmington, NC

High School Advanced (incoming grades 9-12) (girls and boys)
July 15-17, 2024 $340  9am - 4pm (Includes UNCW tank top and 3 lunches)

​Intense 3-full-days of instruction and competing, with current and future Seahawk beach volleyball players. Sign up as an individual -- no need to bring a partner, and we will divide the camp into work groups based on ability. In beach, everyone works on the fundamentals of volleyball, including attacking, passing, serving, setting, and defensive skills and tactics. Offensive strategies. Panel discussions with current UNCW student-athletes will allow for all your daughter's or son's questions to be answered. For hard workers of all levels -- we'll have a court for you. Most importantly, we believe in shaping players into being the best teammate and version of themselves they can be. This is a 3-day commuter-only camp, and includes 3 catered Capt'n Bill's lunches -- support local businesses!.

Camp spots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis upon receiving a completed camp registration and payment.

Elite Crash Course, Incoming grades 10-12 (girls only)
July 1-2, 2024 $240  9am - 4pm (Includes UNCW tank top and 2 lunches)

This 2-day crash course camp is for advanced beach players looking to get to the next level. No partners -- sign up as an individual. Monday will be the "Crash Course" taught by David Fischer with tons of instructions and drills, and a great chance to meet future partners from all over the US. Tuesday will give us a chance to put that knowledge and skills into action with mini-games on multiple courts. This camp also serves as a recruiting tool for playing at the D1 level in college, so sorry boys, this one is for girls only. 2-day commuter-only camp.
